These terms are the quiet architecture behind every visit to Minné — what you can expect from us, and what we ask in return.

01 · Agreement

This website is operated by Minné Fragrances ("Minné," "we," "us"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the policies referenced within them, including our Returns & Refunds policy. If you do not agree, we ask that you not use the site.

By using the site you confirm you are at least the age of majority where you live, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

02 · Our products

Minné fragrances and body care are blended in small batches from fine fragrance materials. Because we work with natural ingredients, slight variation between batches is not a flaw but a signature — scent, color, and character may differ subtly from bottle to bottle.

We photograph our products honestly, but screens vary; color and texture on your display may differ from the object in hand.

Fragrance is worn on skin, and skin differs. Please review the ingredient information provided with each product, and patch-test before full use if you have sensitive skin or known allergies. Our products are for external use only; discontinue use if irritation occurs.

03 · Samples & discovery

Every full bottle of eau de parfum ships with a complimentary 2.5 ml sample of the same scent. Test on skin first — if it isn't yours, the unopened bottle may be returned under our Returns & Refunds policy.

04 · Pricing & payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include taxes or shipping, which are calculated at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners.

We take care with our catalog, but errors happen. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information, and to cancel and refund any order placed under a materially incorrect listing.

05 · Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase; it is accepted when we confirm shipment. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion — including where we suspect fraud, resale, or error — and will refund in full any cancelled order that has been paid.

Small batches mean finite inventory. If an item in your order becomes unavailable, we will contact you promptly with the choice of waiting, substituting, or a full refund.

06 · Shipping

Shipping methods, timing, and cost are shown at checkout; orders over $100 ship free. Once a parcel is delivered to the address you provide, responsibility for it passes to you — please make sure your shipping details are accurate.

07 · Returns & refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The full terms live in our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

08 · Intellectual property

The Minné name and mark, our bottle and packaging design, photography, films, and every word on this site belong to Minné Fragrances or its licensors. You are welcome to share what we make; you may not reproduce, modify, or use it commercially without our written permission.

09 · Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to breach its security, scraping its content, misrepresenting your identity, or using it for any unlawful purpose. We may restrict or terminate access for misuse.

10 · Third-party services

Our site may contain links to, or rely on, services we do not control (such as payment processors). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties, and your use of their services is governed by their own terms.

11 · Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Minné disclaims all warranties not expressly stated, and our total liability arising from your use of the site or purchase of our products will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects the statutory rights you hold as a consumer.

12 · Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Minné Fragrances and its team harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these terms or misuse of the site.

13 · Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always live on this page, with the date above. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
