01 · Who we are

This policy describes how Minné Fragrances ("Minné," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit minnefragrances.com, make a purchase, or communicate with us. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which processes data on our behalf.

02 · Information we collect

Information you give us. When you place an order, create an account, join our email list, or write to us, we collect details such as your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, and order history. Payment card details are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners — we never see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically. When you browse the site, we and our service providers collect device information — IP address, browser type, time zone, the pages you view, and how you arrived — using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. We use this to make the site work, to understand how it is used, and to measure our marketing.

03 · How we use it

We use personal information to fulfil and deliver your orders, to provide customer support, to send you marketing you have asked for, to understand and improve the site and our collection, to screen for fraud, and to meet our legal obligations. That's the whole list — we don't sell your personal information, and we never will.

04 · Email marketing

If you join our list, we'll write occasionally — new scents, releases, and the parts of the house worth sharing. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and one click ends it, no questions asked.

We use essential cookies that make the store function (your bag, checkout, security), analytics cookies that show us how the site is used, and marketing pixels that help us measure campaigns. 06 · Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the service providers who make the store possible: Shopify (our commerce platform), payment processors, shipping carriers who deliver your order, and the analytics and email providers named above — each bound to use your information only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights and our customers.

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting, tax, and legal purposes. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

08 · Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to receive a copy of it, to have it deleted, and to object to or restrict certain processing — including opting out of marketing entirely. To exercise any of these rights, write to support@minnefragrances.com and we'll respond promptly. We will never treat you differently for exercising a privacy right.

09 · Children

The site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10 · Security

We use the safeguards of our platform — encryption in transit, secured payment processing, and access controls — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we treat your data with the same care we put into what we make.
